Duskwell is a cordless neck and shoulder massager with hand-shaped silicone massage heads. It rests over your shoulders and kneads the neck and the tops of the shoulders, so you can enjoy a relaxing massage at home, at your desk or on the go.

A built-in motor moves the soft silicone “fingers” in a kneading motion. The upper fingers work on the neck while the lower “thumbs” press along the tops of the shoulders. You choose from 3 intensity levels and each session switches off automatically after 10 minutes.

1. Place it over your shoulders and clip the strap across your back.
2. Press and hold the power button to switch it on, then tap to change intensity.
3. Sit back and relax. It switches off by itself after 10 minutes.

We recommend starting on the lowest intensity.

You have 30 days from delivery to return it, even if you've tried it. Email us first at support@getnorvale.com and we'll send you the return address. For change-of-mind returns the return shipping is paid by the customer; damaged or faulty items are always covered by us. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Use the included USB-C cable with any standard USB power adapter (adapter not included). A full charge takes about 3 hours. The indicator light flashes red while charging and stays white when fully charged.

According to the manufacturer's specifications, a full charge gives around 70–80 minutes of use — roughly 7 to 8 ten-minute sessions.

Duskwell is a relaxation product, not a medical device, and it isn't intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Please consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, have a medical condition, a recent injury or surgery, or are unsure whether massage is right for you.
