1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Norvale website at getnorvale.com (the "Site") and to any purchase you make from us. "Norvale", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of this store, whose contact details are shown at the end of these Terms. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Products

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and product packaging may change from time to time.

Our massagers are personal relaxation products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Please read the safety information on the product page and in the user manual before use, and consult your doctor first if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, or have any medical condition.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders that have already been confirmed. Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you've received an order confirmation.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

7. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm it is genuine and that you have the right to share it, and you allow us to display it on the Site and in our marketing. We may remove content that is offensive, unlawful or unrelated to the product. Some reviews shown on the Site were collected from buyers of this product on other platforms and are labelled as imported where shown.

8. Intellectual property

The Site's text, design, logos and brand name belong to Norvale or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for losses caused by using a product contrary to its instructions or safety warnings. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Your consumer rights

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site when you place your order applies to that order.
